The client hired LHT Learning to build a creative, engaging, effective Safety training course to educate employees at Valvoline Instant Oil Change facilities to identify, recognize, and define VIOC Service Center policies and tips for safely working in a service center.
Our Approach to Safety Training
LHT Learning designed and developed a creative approach to delivering the Safety 101 training. The course utilizes isometric graphics illustrating two levels (top-side and bottom-side) of a VIOC facility. The course introduces a Service Center Manager who walks the learner through the VIOC with eight safety lessons along the way.

Safety Training Results
We have received positive feedback on the success of this Valvoline Safety 101 training course. Valvoline employees across the nation find the course engaging and informative. Learners often comment on the fire safety lesson, saying that it is fun, engaging, and helpful. Valvoline reports that the course completion rate and learner retention rate are both high.
